Return & Exchange Policy

• Exchange Window: We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Options: You can exchange for a different size/product or receive store credits.
• Return Shipping Fee:
  A return processing fee of ₹350 will be deducted from your refund. The remaining return amount will be credited to your Hophead Wallet.
• Quality Check: Refunds are only initiated after a quality check at the warehouse. If the check fails, the product will be shipped back to you.

Sale Policy

• Returns/Refunds: None on products purchased during a sale.
• Exchanges: Only available for a size change or if you receive a defective product. You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the defective item.
